It's a chance for revenge against the side who knocked us out of the JPT (illegally).
Obviously it's only the reserves and obviously it's all water under the bridge but we've not normally had the opportunity to play Leeds once a season, let alone twice!
The 1911 Club has been made available for those wishing to watch the Reserves in comfort and they will be treated to a fairly strong Bradford City lineup.
Bradford City
1 Jon McLaughlin
The rookie keeper hasn't done much wrong in his reserve outings so far and will be behind the following backline
2 David Ryan
3 Luke O'Brien
5 Simon Ainge
6 Mark Bower
David Ryan, a triallist from Bolton Wanderers will be taking up the space in the reserves vacated by Paul Arnison's injury whilst Simon Ainge and Mark Bower must be developing a good understanding as this looks set to be the central defensive backup to Clarke and Lee.
4 Luke Sharry
7 Leon Osborne
8 Kyle Nix
11 Sean Taylforth
Luke Sharry and Kyle Nix have found their first team opportunities limited so far this season and it now looks as though Dean Furman has leapfrogged them both in terms of Stuart McCall's options. The omission of Furman suggests he may be in line for more of a role against Shrewsbury Town.
9 Barry Conlon
10 Rory Boulding
The last time these two played together at Valley Parade they scored 7 goals between them. Will history be repeating itself today?
On the bench is a mixture of youth and experience
Subs
Billy Topp
Kelvin Bleau
Jonjo O'Hara
Ryan Harrison and
Rory Carson.
Billy will be hoping to impress and force himself back into Stuart McCall's plans but it's looking increasingly unlikely that we're ever going to get to see him reach the heights he's blatantly capable of.
Their opponents are very young with only Bradley Johnson providing the first team experience and 10 players being in their teens. Kick off is at 7pm.
