'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wells 'definitely' staying with Bradford

Bradford are keen to tie Nahki Wells down to a long-term contract, but for the moment he is at least contracted to The Bantams for another season.

Other clubs have shown an interest in the striker but he, as he told The Telegraph & Argus, will 'definitely' be at the club next season.

If he signs a new contract is unclear at present though but he does want to step up in the future from league two: 'I'm definitely there for next season.

'I have to make a few decisions on whether I'm there long-term but I can't go into too much detail on that part.

'You do hear a lot of rumours about big clubs sniffing around for you. But you can't afford to listen to the hype because you will lose your focus.

'If teams want to watch me then that only gives me more motivation to achieve things. League Two is a good standard but I do want to play at a higher level.'
