Hornets stung! Late Bradford goals beat Watford

Watford 1-2 Bradford

Bradford can look forward to a place in the third round of the Capital One Cup following a dramatic late second round win at Watford on Tuesday night.

Chances were there for both sides in the first half, arguably Bradford had the better of them, but the deadlock couldn't be broken before the interval.

With time running out Ikechi Anya (71) looked to have given Watford the win when he opened the scoring, with only a post denying the hosts a second shortly after.

The Bantams battled back though and Kyel Reid's (84) late equaliser looked to have forced extra time but deep into injury-time Garry Thompson (90+4) won the tie for Bradford, his goal giving them a shock 2-1 win!
