Bradford lose out in seven-goal thriller

Dagenham 4-3 Bradford
6th October 2012

The L.B Barking & Dagenham Stadium

Bradford left themselves "too much to do" on Saturday afternoon when they lost at Dagenham in a goal-fest!

Early on Billy Bingham (6) and then Michael Spillane (30) on the half hour put Dagenham in the ascendency with them going into the break two-goals up.

Shortly after the break Luke Wilkinson (51) extended the lead before Bradford started to fightback with a quick fire double from Nahki Wells (55 & 61), the second one from the penalty spot.

The two-goal cushion was restored by the host again when Dwight Gayle (76) struck late on, with Alan Connell (84) setting up a grandstand finish when he reduced the deficit again but Dagenham held on to win 4-3.
