Late fightback denies Bradford

Southend 2-2 Bradford
15th December 2012
15:00
Roots Hall

Bradford blew a two-goal lead as a late Southend fightback saw the sides draw at Roots Hall on Saturday afternoon.

Shortly before the half hour Nahki Wells (28) struck, as he has so often this season, to give Bradford the lead.

Just past the hour this lead was doubled when Luke Prosser (64) sliced into his own net with Bradford looking well on course to secure an impressive away win.

Southend's fightback began in the final 10-minutes with Ryan Cresswell (80) reducing the deficit before an injury-time goal from Gavin Tomlin (90+1) secured Southend a 2-2 draw and extend their unbeaten run to a dozen games.
