Wells Rumours Grow

Wells Rumours Grow

I have been having a look around and see so many clubs rumoured to be interested in Bantams star and Leading scorer Nahki Wells.

These clubs include Wolves, Huddersfield Town, Barnsley, Nottingham Forest and Leeds Utd.

Huddersfield Town It has been rumoured for a few weeks that Huddersfield have an interest in Nahki. They have the funds from the sale of Jordan Rhodes to Blackburn. A swap deal including Lee Novak is also rumoured.I would be happy to see Novak become a Bantam, however I canty see this happening. Our sister site Vital Huddersfield have a article and can be found
here

Barnsley I dont see why Nahki would join a smaller club that the one he his currently at, look at the attendances.

Leeds United Please dont sell him to leeds! I have yet to see Leeds United dig deep and for this reason I cant see this happening. They are also rumoured to be chasing other high profile forwards.

Nottingham Forest They have the forwards at the city ground and I cant see Wells leaving a club going places and where he got his chance to warm a bench, though money does talk.

Wolves Wolves are the club I can see making an offer for Wells. Dean Saunders the new boss at Wolves is believed to have cash in which to bring in his own personell.

Capital One Cup I believe if we get through on tuesday night (or when) the Wells will stay with the view of playing in a Wembley Cup Final. If we get to Wembley and go up then the boy from Bermuda's long term future could be secured.
Should we return home from Villa park in bits and the price is right then Wells could leave in this window.

Price A lot of people are speaking about the price. Many big names are moving cheaply these days. I give an example of Fraizer Campbell, it is being said he will move for around £600000. Many are saying Wells is not worth more than Campbell.
My thought on this would be that Campbell's wages would be much higher due the the terms he will currently be on with Sunderland. Wells would not have the on going costs of a established higher league player. Therefore I would like to see us recieve 7 figures for the Nak.

I would love Wells to stay, feed the Nak
