Burton Albion v Bradford City #BAvBC

This week sees Burton host Bradford City as the Bantams hope to continue their march up the league table.

Vital Quotes:

Peter Taylor has been discussing the future of a number of players this week. Speaking of Lee Hendrie he told the Telegraph and Argus 'We`d like to keep him longer and if the opportunity comes to stay here for the rest of the season, then I`m sure he will look seriously at it.' He also spoke on the future of Moult, Adeyemi, Gill and Brown 'They are young players that at the minute aren`t going to play for the first teams from the clubs that have loaned them. Their managers know that and I`m sure they would be interested in allowing them to keep playing here and seeing how they do in front of a big crowd." It is likely to prove more difficult to hold onto the two Man Utd players than Adeyemi and Moult.

Burton Albion Team News:

Burton have this week strengthened their squad with the addition of James Collins from Aston Villa. The striker spent a month at Darlington last season where he scored 2 goals in 7 games.

Player to watch: Shaun Harrad

Shaun Harrad. He bagged 21 goals last term in his first proper season in the football league and has already got 6 goals for the Brewers this term.

Bradford City Team News:

Tom Adeyemi and Omar Daley have recovered from knocks to rejoin the squad for this game. Jason Price could come into the team after impressing on his debut last week and should partner James Hanson upfront who scored on his return from injury.

Player to watch: Lee Hendrie

After being given the captains armband last week, he inspired the 3-1 win with a phenomenal performance and will be looking to keep his form up.
